The very definition of popularity is public interest. An you said in the opening post that she’s not holding public interest. But public interest and popularity is same

I said in my post that despite checking all of the boxes and doing well - they don’t register with the public and nobody respect them as artists.

If y’all are using “popularity” to respond to the above statement then it’s clear comprehension is not in the equation.

Even deepika endorses 23 brands. Most mainstream actresses endorse more than 10 brands atleast. Brand endorsments is a sign of popularity and more importantly is correlated with success. most of l her films doing well. She is popular.

But if you are comparing hype/craze level...she is way below than what deepika, priyanka, katrina were at their prime. That is what I believe the post is implying. that craze level with her is missing mainly because she lacks aura. No one is interested in her life, and the only why people are is because the news outlets makes her forefront of news stories usually regarding her fabriacted PR relationships. She is a groomed "star" and its difficult for people to put her on a pedestal imo due to the severe privelege/nepotism she has been associated with
