you don't think he was amazing in CDI? I felt CDI and Swades are the only two movies where SRK actually unleased his acting potential in his entire career.

I thought it's the most favorite performance on this forum as I've always seen SRK in CDI winning over each & every performance ever since I had joined this place. But I guess forum dynamics & liking has changed in 3yrs.

HR is winning with such a lead. woah. No wonder he's got least amount of haters in this forum and most loved actor at present.

Manoj Bajpayee in Aligarh (though I can't stand him in real life - he was so amazing in this film)

Irrfan Khan in Paan Singh Tomar was the second best.

It is good amongst his other performances...But in no way comparable to these other performances you have in the list here....IMHO!

Though its difficult to choose,from the list I would say RKR’s trapped was the best...

also Srk was no great shakes in cdi...

same hamming, same watery eyes with lips out in crying scenes

its just that the movie was too good that his performance jelled within & seemed something great which it was not

same with swades

if swades and cdi were crap films, his hamming would have highlighted much more in these two, but these 2 films were really well made in a way that the director controlled his hamming as well

his expressive eyes were the only good thing

else same superficial expressions, same signatured learned gestures he injects in every movie and same hamming, but much controlled
