It is very sad. But what irks me is that some times fiminists don't present themselves in a good way. Like I read many ppl post about Marvi Sirmad's abuses on twitter which are also mean.. I think this is why many ppl hate her.

Women hating on women is nothing new and has been going on since like forever...They don’t realize how much damage they have been doing to themselves by doing so....I am not supporting Marvi here because she seems to be a very manipulative aggressive kind of woman herself...But I am appalled at the way people jumped in to support Khalil just because they don’t support women asking for equal treatment and respect...

These same men would’ve flipped sides in a blink if it was a male celebrity instead of Marvi and called out Khalil for his disgusting behavior....

EDIT: One can call out Khalil’s disgusting behavior without supporting Mavri......Because two wrongs don’t cancel out each other, EVER!

I agree. 😊 I too think that KRQ isn't right , and he is arrogant. He thinks that he protects Islam from western ideas about fiminism, but his way will drive ppl away from Islam. Coz a schooler should talk in a polite way, and discuss matters with patient.

Exactly...If he thinks he has a point, he should find a better way to put it forth.....People are unnecessarily putting him on a pedestal as some upkeeper of Islam when the truth is he is just an arrogant bully who cannot stand women trying to have their own POV....

He needs to apologize for his behavior irrespective of what she does. Under no circumstances should a person use such cheap and crass language especially on national tv. It just goes on to show his character not the opponents.

If im not mistaken this man has never shied away from expressing his misogynistic views in an insulting way before on TV. Not his first rodeo i say.
