Just compare the impressions mahira and shehnaaz left on audience vis-a-vis their behaviour in the relationships they had with paras and sid .
Mahira was termed a parasite , dependant , a term that was never used for sana when in fact she was associated with a very macho , dominating and stronger personality .
And yet she shone individually in that relationship too . The reason was sidharth always let her be . He knew she is very stubborn ,so he let her learn the hard way , but was always there in the background so that no harm comes her way .
That line that she said to asim "Agar maine tera saath nahi diya hota na , toh aaj woh mere saath khada hota . Mujhe proud hai ki woh apne friends ke saath khada rehta ha " . Sid waited for two months . let her do what she wanted , but kept guiding the course subtly to help her understand it . And she did .
(But must add ,BB team was a big time sidnaaz shipper . They helped sidharth a lot in his strategies for shehnaaz . The calls , the tasks , the questions guests asked all were in the right direction)
What a beautiful relation . He adds that depth and seriousness to her childish thought process , giving it credibility in public opinion , she adds that childish fun and innocence in his serious and guarded demeanour .
You know what so many a times I have noticed , shehnaaz's blabbering and antics would have appeared nonsensical and highly irritating had we not had a sidharth laughing whole heartedly at them . Everyone , including salman wld see him laughing and then it would suddenly become funny .
He never judged her .
A very typical case was that song performance "Main rang sharbaton ka "
Sana was feeling shy and was all silly and childish . But it was a very sober and macho sidharth performing along that completely changed the performance into a very cute one . The way he fell on his knees was a cinematic visual !!.
ANd the best when she lay there with her face in her palms , sidharth turning over and doing the same . That was sidnaaz .Her silly childish harkatein became romance when sidharth added his charm and his soberness in it . A perfect balance !!!!
