Kuhu wouldn't risk someone's life intentionally. She just wanted Mishti to sleep off the Pooja. This reminds me of another inconsistency. Even if Mishti would have slept off, how would that have helped Kuhu?? This would just make Meenu's wish come true of Abir doing the pooja alone until and unless she thinks that Abir would refuse to do the pooja without Mishti. Budum..dum..dishhh🥁

Looks like it's just me spamming here tonight

Just saw few pics and video in a fan page on Instagram. All of the cast were wearing white and shooting for holi is going on. Kaveri was there too and she was wearing a white lehenga. I hope we get an uninterrupted KuKu scene during Holi. Even if it is a brief one, I am hoping they have a scene together. And writers can we please get Talli Kunal again.

Now they have turned Kunal positive, he seems really boring. At least make him drink bhaang so that we get some funny scenes.

And maybe I am expecting too much but we might get an I love you from Kunal to Kuhu in holi if Kunal drinks bhaang. If I remember correctly, in the last holi, Abir put something in Kunal's coffee and he was saying I love you to everyone n everything including his bed and jhoomar. I just hope this time he says it to Kuhu. But I hope Kuhu is out of blaming everything on Mishti mode by Holi and we can actually enjoy Holi celebration scenes.

I posted this on the AT but somehow it reached on the LU thread. I have no idea how because I didn't even open it.

@Nikki: I take it back. They are trying to make Kuhu negative. Faayeda kya tha itni backstory and guilt trip dikhaane ka agar yahi karna tha inhe to. The problem with this track is that it's not making hate Kuhu but it's rather making me annoyed at the makers for ruining her character. Ye zyada ho gaya. Why couldn't they let her accept her mistake and apologize??

@Riya: What the hell was Abir saying today?? Someone make him sleep again. Just because he found out that Parul is his mother does not mean he has to start calling her Maa. Yes, he should have been polite and trusted her because she has been a part of the family for so long but we see Nidhi mistrusting Parul and she was supportive of Parul all this while. Kunal to pehle se hi trust nahi karta tha. Itni jaldi thode hi badal jaayega.

What I don't understand is Kunal not trusting Parul but trusting Kuhu enough to say ki uski koi galti nahi hai. I get that you're sorry for hurting Kuhu but you don't even know the girl properly. The dude who found out that the women he called his mother had been using him for her own motives for the longest time and then he goes on to trust Kuhu. Matlab makers ko thoda sense to hona chahiye na.

And Mishti, what the hell was that?? The whole episode, she was fine and then she comes along saying ki Kuhu didn't think about the drama it would cause when she slapped Kuhu and blamed her for the divorce on her wedding day. Second part is not your fault but you definitely deserved the slap for going through Kuhu's wardrobe on purpose, stealing the envelope, trying to read someone's private mail and then it was unintentional, but she hurt Varsha. Of all the people, she hurt Varsha.

If we see it separately, Mishti did not deserve the slap but if you see how the events unfolded, I get why she got slapped. I would have been totally okay if the slap today was just for what Kuhu said but what was the need for Mishti saying that line? It seemed like ki wo badla le rahi hai.

Okay! They made me dislike Kuhu!! There! I said it! Why couldn't she just keep mum instead of "aag me ghee dalna"? Oh Kuhu, shut up!! Where did your fear go now? Seriously!!!

Side note: Is Mishti ever going to tell Parul how she found out about Kunal being her son?? Is she ever going to tell her that she met her sister??

The only character sane today was Meenu. She was the only one who was in the game. Also, aaj ke stars were Kaushal, Ketu for worrying about Parul and Naanu for making that lover joke. Mazaak mazaak me asliyat khol gaye

Ooooh!! I want a good Holi scene too. The major reason being that it was the first time KuKu actually met each other.

And I totally love your imagination. I also want a talli Kunal but I also want him to remember stuff (for some reason, ITV thinks alcohol and bhaang makes you forget stuff) so let's see what do we get.

Kuhu and Kunal mostly, but also characters like Jasmeet, Meenu, and Nishant are repeatedly used to make the leads look like victims and underdogs, when they are simply not. The reason they leave that moral wiggle room is so they can be easily "redeemed" and then betray the leads all over again and repeat the cycle. In a weird meta sense, it's like Kuhu and Kunal have to work as plot devices in the leads' relationship in order to earn their own little bits of story.

If they genuinely wanted to deal with Kuhu and Mishti's fraught relationship -- even with the usual extra leeway for Mishti -- they could have just shown Kuhu continuing her pettiness after the mandap. After Mishti excluded her from the pooja, have Kuhu undercut her and go straight to Abir. Abir is so used to taking Kuhu's ideas for these things, and doesn't believe Mishti capable of jealousy, so he wouldn't suspect that this would bother her at all. Show various instances of Kuhu using her existing leverage with the RVs to shut Mishti out. You still show Kuhu in a negative light, struggling with her flaws, but without making her mistakes life or death.

The fact that they immediately fell back on saazish says a lot about who this show is written for -- an audience who wants high-stakes, life or death scenarios on the daily and isn't much concerned with long-term development of characters. That they managed to sneak the characterisation in that they did for Kunal and Kuhu still surprises me!

Rant over... for now. Disclaimer: I haven't watched the episode and probably won't watch anything other than the Kuku scene.

I totally agree with what all that you've said.

I was thinking the same thing. What was the point of giving so much background to her accidentally dropping the pills if it wasn't going to be revealed? If the coffee had to reach Abir, that could have happened with the game he played with the cups. There was no need for the guilt trip.

Aside from the episode, what is your take on the lyrics?? Because I remember you waiting for the last 2 lines, which still haven't been revealed.
