I actually think the confirmation is official. There is no use for the cast and crew to blame her as sometimes one must think of their own needs. Imagine, if the show goes on Sony Liv, Jenny will lose out the show royalty when it airs in other countries and the outreach won't be so wide. Plus, Sony compared to other apps is actually quite poor and is only accessible in India.
Actresses are business minded and as a fan, I want B2 to complete its story but if I think from her perspective, then I can see what she is doing.
