Popping here for few mins and I am loving the discussions going on here. I am trying to read all the HCs posted. I skimmed through some of them but I will read and comment on them individually later.

I especially loved the one where Kuhu goes away for her studies. I would love to see Kuhu's character go away from her two dramatic families and explore herself. I am sure that she would be extremely successful in whatever she does when she is not pulled from every direction by the inevitable family drama.

Maybe when the focus is solely on Mishti and even Kunal unintentionally ignores her to be a part of Mishti's thing.

I don't know if I would call her weak when Mishti is in the picture. She becomes envious and gets fired up rather than breaking down.

I want it to be as weak as she was when she asked Abir to take her home after the Navratri episode or maybe like when Nanchak left. I want her to be tired and fed up and completely drained out after putting up a strong face for so long.

I wish they had not ruined Nannu's character and made him a regular in the show. Maybe he could have married Ketu Setu and Kuhu could have call her bhabs too. We could have seen funny little arguments between jas and Nidhi maami. They could have explored Nannu's drug problem a bit further.

I would have probably ended up shipping Nannu and Ketu. And I don't think it would have been good for me since I am already irritated due to the lack of screen space for my original ship of this show. 😆

They ruined his character big time. I wish they would have let him just be a friend for Mishti rather than make it into a love triangle. That was really ugghhhh.

Plus he would have been the perfect support system for Kuhu. I would have loved to see more of the angry protective brother Avatar we got to see in the hospital when he takes the prescription.

And yes, the drug problem could have been explored more. I had so many hopes but they completely trashed it.

Coming to Ketu, I don't think I would have really liked it. I would've wanted them to become friends, not more.

You dont even need a head canon to see a supportive bigben. Like sam said, she supported kuhu's business because that deflected attention from Abir's breakup. So she will happily have kunal travel if that means Abir will spend more time with her. ⭐️

I have said this numerous times, shows like these feed off of silly sazishes and damn a woman who is trying to make it in the man's world. Her ways are wrong but they can be managed. I would love for the family to manage her insecurities. Parul has been doing this for years without rubbing her the wrong way. I am not sure she should be labelled a psychopath and sent to see a psychiatrist before the family has looked at a mirror themselves and tried some inclusive and holistic approaches beyond just taunting her. 👎🏼

Without jumping from one saazish to the next, if the show focused more on flaws and character growth, we would see an empathetic treatment of characters like jasmeet and bigben.

I can totally see BB supporting someone when she has something to gain.

The family members are definitely responsible to an extent but the psychopath and psychiatrist comments don't come from a malicious/frustrated place on my side. It's just there are no other words to accurately describe it. I can totally see her as the mother and matriarch of the family who claims to have held the family together and made the family business reach where it is now. What I find disturbing is the lack of remorse for any wrong she has committed (if you remember the mandir scene when everyone is looking for her, she deliberately hurts herself to an extent that is certainly not healthy.) and the fact that she has become so blinded by her ego to prove her initial analysis that she is ready to break that very family she claimed to have held together. There are definitely underlying mental health problems at play but since mental health is such a taboo topic in Indian society, we might never get to see that kind of a track.

His character would have been far more realistic if he had not fallen in love with Mishti. But again this is ITV, every male character not related to the FL will definitely fall in love with her. ( to show FL is desirable? 🤔)

But I think even if he was still on the show he would not have been the support system of Kuhu. He would have surely supported Mishti over Kuhu, making her more insecure. The writers would have made sure he would choose Mishti. So maybe it's a good thing that Nannu left. 😃

About the Ketu and Nannu part, I think I would have liked them to get together just so jas and Nidhi would become Samdhans. 😆 And also Ketu's character would have some storyline. She is so underutilized in the show.

@Aqua: I think, as much as Kunal is Kuhu's world, Varsha and Shaurya are the centre of her universe. If she had to choose between her parents and Kunal, without a doubt, she'd choose her parents. The only thing I can see completely shattering Kuhu is having something bad happen to her parents (you know where this is going right).

Embrace yourselves...if anything had to happen to Shaurya or Varsha or both - maybe they die in a car accident or something - Kuhu will be absolutely shattered. I can visualise a broken, depressed Kuhu.

I don't see anyone being able to get through to her in this instance. Which is where Naitik would come into the picture. He was there in the beginning when Kuhu had no one and he'll be there when she's left with no one (I mean parents specifically).

He'll be her anchor, he'll sit beside when she needs to talk, he'll help bridge the gap in her relationships which she has unintentionally let go of.

Once she's able to stand and hold onto Kunal, Kunal will lead from there on.

Kuch zyada ho gaya shayad...I need this to happen in the show now but at the cost of killing off Varsha-Shaurya?....no, I think I need more Varsha-Kuhu scenes.
