Star kids become successful because there is an entire ecosystem built around them. For example, someone like Hrithik has a producer dad who knows what works with the masses and what doesn't. He is immediately given a big budget film built around him as the star and everything is catered in the way required. They already have the budget for major PR activities and can start bombarding the media about being the next Amitabh, next SRK, next whatever. If that fails, another comeback is ready for them. They can give 10 flops in a row and big directors and producers are still there to pick up the pieces.

An outsider has to start with TV shows or supporting roles or B-grade movies made with low budgets. Guess what? It's really hard to shine in those kind of projects. It's difficult to get noticed and if it flops, you're finished. It takes years to get taken seriously.

If it's a 500 meter race, outsiders start at zero and star kids start at 499. If they get to 500, then chamchas start saying they may be star kids bUt TheY aRE sO TAleNted.

The whole 2016 KWK was about all guests made to say (on Kjo's demand) Kaka and Aloo are the best thing since sliced bread and his ADHM was a blockbuster. People got brainwashed, people out of habit hopped on that bandwagon.

Kjo sowed it, now these two have been reaping.

star kids have tailor made roles made for them and their dads or uncle produce them (kjo consider alia as daughter, varun as son he had said in one interview he will give his property to these two google and read interview)

hrithik 5-6 movies flopped after kaho na pyaar hai but still hes super star today because his dad made koi mil gaya and krishhh to save his career. his 22 movies made only 1200(plus war 300 cr) crore in 20 years. But one bahubhali made more is it not? so whys he so hyped?

look at irfan khan 10 years on tv than 15 years in movies and than only he gets to act opp deepika in piku same for nawazuddin and other good actors before

i do not think hrithik and ranbir kapoor are that great actors if you observe their facial expression in each scene but they are promoted as best actors of bollywood

another is tiger shroff hes good at action and dance but pathetic facial expression for acting emotions

alia is over hyped too similar exressions always vidya and kangana are better

their handsome face and personailty hides their flaws as actors and of course pr propaganda that they are best actors in bollywood by their family pr machine

some star hero like sunny deol or akshay khanne are much better actors than above two(Hrithik admitted in show he learned style and followed dance of bobby deol and told his dad to have similar song as bobby deol gupt song in his first movie for his intro) but are branded flop as they do not have pr machinery like hr and rk, may be deols and khanna's need to learn pr from roshans and kapoors lol seriously.

in bollywood only see some family good at pr and promoting their less talented sons than other bollywood families

outsiders leave it they have no one to support them if they do not have a god father like kjo or yash raj banners

ayushmann himself is no great actor his expressions do not match dialogues sometimes hes like amol palekar hes not srk or salman main stream hero same for rajkumar rao. but their achievement is greater bec they are outsiders
