Yeah in Purvi and arjun relationship their only barrier and complication was that purvi thought about archana-manav's reunion more hence why to allow them to unite she gave into ovi's blackmailing that she won't let them unite unless purvi backs off from arjun and lets ovi marry him. Here, the complication is many, including that bet, so they own't even need any pregnancy track to dramatise pranbir's love story, where purvi and arjun's relationship was relatively very simple in comparison, hence the pre-marital consummation and ensuring pregnancy was used for drama there. Plus arjun and purvi weren't so clear and neither voiced their barriers and limitations in regards to physical intimacy or anything like pranbir have since beginning. So I doubt they'll show pranbir getting intimate before marriage and pregnancy out of wedlock track here.
Don't know about Arjun and Purvi, but I too think this pregnancy track won't be used here as it is not needed in Pranbir's story. It is already too complicated, not a simple one like that of Anuraag Prerna or Arjun Purvi (like you said). They have many elements to dramatize it already. The bet thing and the fact that he has proposed to Rhea first and without clarifying his feelings to Rhea, he is going forward with his feelings for Prachi are quite enough to drive a wedge between them. And if Prachi marries him either to separate him from Rhea, both of whom were involved in the betrayal, or to save her sister from a guy like Ranbir, if she knows half truth and the fact that Rhea is her sister, then that will be awesome and there will enough drama for the cvs to cash on.
