I agree. Malhar won't doubt Kalyani and will her when she tells him about having done the ivf procedure instead of the woman Sampada had chosen and paid and the reasons behind her decision to do so.

He may he ini angry at her for not telling him immediately,and rightfully so,but he won't believe that she's having someone else's baby.
