No dear only the good nurse who helped kalayni knows that it was not malti who underwent ivf. Dr who performed the procedure hasn't seen malti before and thought she is malti. Even in ivf she signed as malti not kalayni .

So I don't think that Kalyani will be able to tell everyone that she is pregnant by IVF. I think she will be forced to tell everyone that she is pregnant and they will have to assume its Rachit's child.

Okay try and follow my logic with this one. I won't even try and explain all these forged reports logic to you. That hospital that Sampada has chosen for IVF is super corrupt and will say/do anything as long as they get money. So has been a lot of tamper with Pillu's and Kalyani's reports.

I think that maybe if she let's them think that its Rachit's child, they will leave her alone and won't interfere in her pregnancy cause they will all be unhappy about it. But if she says she's done IVF and she's with Malhar's child, then all will aska about her and Malhar will insist on taking her to the doctor's etc. I think she'll tell them the truth only when she's in the 3rd trimester or something so they can't ask her to abort at that time.

I do agree that athu has changed the report and it most probably states that the child birth would lead to kalaynis death.
