Actually the only necessary and relevant revenge element till today is the Diya's patta kaatna which happened this week. The rest is a combination of romance and dumbassery

i actually love the romance, I love MayRA and even Maya in her messed up glory. Makers actually wrote great characters this time around, they just needed to use them better.

Only reason I'm watching the show is due to mayra otherwise, I would have skipped town long time ago.

Yeah they just took a leap but the characters and story continued after that including the principal cast. May be for BH2 they might find such point in the story to end on TV and continue the rest of the story on digital.
