Anyone would feel bad with all the hate comments. It will get to you at some point but she is handling it pretty well. Also, the Instagram KuKu fandom took it upon themselves to surprise her with compliments on V-Day.

@ bold: Completely against the rules but maybe we can call Meany, Voldemort instead of BB 🤣

But it was really sweet that Kaveri's fans sent her so many supportive messages for her on Valentine's day. That was really sweet and she shared so many of them in her stories. She really loves and appreciates her fans' efforts. And from the live video, I did get the vibe that she is not happy with how her character is shaping up, which is understandable as her character lacks consistency. And the dialogues they give Kuhu sometimes are just

Btw did they show how the haar broke? I skipped the scene after Meany and Kuhu convo.

Me too, they will probably show the FB tomorrow.

Anyone else getting annoyed at all the hate that is directed at Kuhu on this forum, like some nonsensical hate. You know whos are now mad that Kuhu pointed out that Mishti cant cook and they are all like who made her an expert. It kind of irks me that I cant go out on this forums, because of all the snarky comments I want to leave but dont because I know the result.

I dont think its the actors, its more of the writer and director, todays scene was put in just to keep the Kuku fandom calm. Also, looking at the situation and storyline now it I will get it if both the actors decide to call it quits. I mean the biggest track for Kunal was him finding out his truth and that was used for Mishbir. Track for Kuku divorce again washed out for Mishbir. I really dont want Kuku to become side kick. Writers need to really give Kuku a better storyline and direction. Whether its Kunal focused or Kuhu focused it just needs to be separated from Mishbir.

Kunal needs to go to the office and away from the kitchen drama.

Future track I wont mind seeing is either Meenakshi disowning Kunal and Parul or Kunal walking out of Rajvansh, and a track where Kunal finds his own identity.

I think you are right, it might be because of awkwardness between actors. I feel like they are cordial but not really comfortable with each other. Or maybe I just get this vibe because Ritvik looks very disinterested in his interviews. ( Which again maybe his nature but he seems like a completely different person while giving interviews with Shaheer, so I guess it again comes to his comfort level)

The hugs before they were married for the first time were so much better imo.

yeah, I think offscreen, Ritvik and Kaveri really don't interact much. Tbh, I think Ritvik is just as awkward as Kunal in that sense (and I could've sworn he even mentioned something like that in one of his interviews) 😆. He gives off completely different vibes when he's around Shaheer, and immediately becomes more reserved when interviewing with Kaveri. Unfortunately, no matter how talented actors are, the chemistry they have with other actors offscreen will ultimately end up impacting how they interact onscreen, at least to a certain degree.

@bold Ok, I hope they show that she broke it by mistake not intentionally.

@red: About the forum hating Kuhu, I find it best to just stick to this AT and not read those comments. This forum should be just renamed "I hate Kuhu" forum instead of YRHPK forum😆 I used to read the live updates a few months back before watching the episodes but snarky comments made about KuKu's characters made me avoid that thread too. It seems like whoever says anything bad about the FL is a vamp or villain. Kunal used to be called so many names before he turned positive. But now he has become Mishti bhakt too, so now he is adorable and sweet. (As per them)

@blue: I think the awkwardness between the actors might be one of the factors but like you said it is probably the director who doesn't put effort to show any real depth in KuKu scenes. And regarding the actors, I think Ritvik might quit soon if his character does not get any better. At least Kaveri gets to do different kinds of scenes but for the last few weeks, Kunal's character has become strangely meek. Even in the scene where the divorce truth comes out he had barely any dialogues. Since Kuhu and Kunal were the ones getting divorced, at least there should have been some impactful dialogues from his side but he just stood there and had a total of two lines. His character just seems like a prop to take the lead couple's story forward, which I think is a great mistake on the writer's part because there could have been so much that explored in the tracks that you mentioned.

I would love to see Kunal go back to work. It seems like all he does these days is attend functions. How the heck is their company running?? 😆

@yellow: That is track is never going to happen. If it does ever happens, they will just use that track to show how Kuhu's love for Kunal is superficial. She will probably be shown nagging Kunal to death about lack of luxury 😒

Just watched the episode -- yes, the whole episode. 😲 Been a while since I did that.

This panicked Mishti is very endearing. They are finally exploring her abandonment issues and I am so on board! I am unspeakably glad they didn't make her the bahu who is overconfident about "fixing" her sasural the day she lands there -- this is so much more interesting! And I am especially happy about the precap. It's *both* the sisters being triggered by Meenu and turning against each other rather than one being the vamp and one the victim. SO. MUCH. BETTER. Give me ALL the flawed females 🤗

@aqua, totally agree about the rasoi thing 😃It was so cool that Mishti not knowing how to cook wasn't a big deal, and that Kuhu mentioned that it was because she simply had other interests. I loved what Meenu said about rasoi not being the pehchan in their house. She may be a tyrannical despot whose power has gone to her head, but she has her moments!

The Kuhu-Meenu-haar bit was really well done. Here's the thing, Meenu hasn't harassed Kuhu any less than she has Mishti -- the girl ended up in a sham marriage and was the victim of Meenu's fraud via Kunal. Shouldn't Meenu be just as eager to make it up to her? The way Meenu is phrasing it makes it seem like Mishti is being rewarded simply because her pain was public, and Kuhu's understanding is being taken for granted. For once, they did a really good job of showing how this triggered Kuhu, as a rehash of Mishti's arrival in her house, how she was expected to understand why Mishti got Kuhu's share along with her own.

It's also interesting that there is a role reversal in this house. At the Maheshwaris' Kuhu felt less acknowledged because she was always hearing Mishti's gungaan (BP and BM's overcompensation at work), but here it's Mishti who is constantly hearing Kuhu's praises. This hits her insecurities hard because she is already so stressed about whether she'll be able to cut it as an RV bahu. Meenu is tipping the vulnerability that could unite them into insecurity that will tear them apart. Finally! A saazish I can appreciate for it's subtle genius! 😈

Finally to our cuties 😳 I don't think the awkwardness has anything to do with the actors; it's more about where their relationship is atm. All this time, they were in love but trying desperately to hide it from each other, so any physical demonstration came only in moments of intense emotion, when they absolutely couldn't control it and because it was pent up, it was all the more intense when it happened. You are way more self-conscious and likely to overanalyse and hesitate when the situation isn't super charged, life/death. These two are still learning what it means to be in love all day, every day and I think that's adorable. 😃

I think more than the character of Kunal, it is an issue between the actors. I don't care if they are chummy offscreen or not, but it seems like it is affecting the way they are portraying their character onscreen.

I know this might be an unpopular opinion but I found the Kamarband scene really awkward because of the same reason. I know everyone was gushing over it, but I was just thinking why does the scene look so weird. Especially Ritvik's expressions were so off and he looked completely blank ( I am ready for all the chappals thrown at me for this comment 😆)

On the other hand, I think both Ritvik and Kaveri are really comfortable with Shaheer so that comes across in their Abhinal and Kubir scenes too. Or maybe it is because of Shaheer makes everyone really comfortable as he seems genuinely nice person off-screen

I wonder if Meenu loosened some of the fastenings to make it very easily breakable. How else would she be so sure Kuhu broke it? The did precap show it falling on the ground, but you should definitely be taking your zaveri to task if a piece of real jewellery falls apart that easily.

Word on the forum! I have been watching this show pretty much from day one, but it's no coincidence that I am only posting regularly now that I have this safe space. I also understand that it's not totally the viewers' fault -- the show sets up the characters in a very specific way and how you see them depends on what you are watching the show for. There didn't seem much point in posting until I saw that there were people who would actually be interested in a different reading. So happy to have found you all!

@Bold: I was thinking the same thing while watching that scene. It's sad that nobody even cared to say anything to Meenu about how Kuhu ended up in fake marriage because of Meenu's wicked plan. No one even seemed to notice it. And later in the baarat everyone we so happy that Meenu showed up. Like come on I know the Maheshowri's don't give a rat's arse ( pardon my french) about Kuhu and her feeling but c'mon.... 🤔 Just because Kuhu doesn't cry a river about her problems, it doesn't mean that she is a feelingless robot.

And about the hug, I like it how you are so optimistic about it. Hopefully it rubs on me too and I will end up liking the scene when I watch it again later. 😃
