I was always the “rebellious” and “spoilt” girl who always gave her opinion and took shit from no one. I can’t stand people who are out to slander your character for the smallest of things.

You can live your life in any which way you deem fit and would never hear me judge you.

Everyone thinks I’m crazy (defended some relative in her absence without even meeting her and she was way older than me in this ladies gathering for her “affair”), but I just don’t care.

Thank god my parents are supportive. my mom used to bicker about aise mat bolo, loudly mat bolo, dhang se baitho , act like a girl n bla bla.. I used to tell her mom let me be myself,,

the thing was I was a tom boy as my dad brought me up like his son.. he was tough with me n made me independent. he never ever let anyone say arey ladki hai isse naa hoga..

One aunty used to come at my grandpa's to clebrate the makasankranti / kite flying fest.

Once she told me that kitni moti ho gayi hai tu, ladkiya itni moti achhi nahi dikhti.. ladka nahi milega.. n I was like who the hell are you to say this to me..
