Aryas school principal

Do such incompetent school principals actually exist? When mini and nehas mother complained to her about keval she said all of the right things to them about being ashamed it’s happened under her watch etc. She then suspended him (rightly so) so why the hell, when he’s accused of such a serious offence and after being suspended, is he back on school property? So much so that even after being suspended for being I appropriate with the children, he’s still able to threaten one of the children (Arya). And then to add insult to injury, the school principal doesn’t seem to have told the other teachers about the incident and they don’t even know he shouldn’t be around the children. This man is suspended for touching kids and there’s a teacher asking him to do a job AFTER he’s been suspended?! She didn’t even seem to notice that he looked to be in a compromising situation with Arya??

Fast forward Arya not coming home from school and once again the principal is saying all of the right things and doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. I know it’s only a tv show but on a tv show where they’re raising awareness, I think they should more accurately depict reality.

Imagine people watching this at home and thinking that if their kid went through this in school and they complained To the principal, their kid would still have to face the monster (who’d then be angry and want revenge for someone complaining about him).

In reality if a parent made such a complaint against someone like keval, he would be suspended with immediate effect and escorted out the building by police (because it’s a criminal offence) and be banned from entering school property again until the investigation is over.

Totally agree with you

Infact i didnt have any hope from the principal but when she supported mini i thought that may be she has some sense but she proved mw wrong

Actually in reality people are even worse than her. They dont even support victims and their parents they just try to hide everything to save the image of their school

Actually this is still common in many parts of India. In order to save the reputation of the school, the official authorities tend to hide the matter, without revealing 'the entire incident'. A part of it would be revealed.

And some, to maintain their image, will try to resolve it internally by, just suspending the criminal. Since he had been serving the school for a few days, he will be granted permission to enter the school. And this system is nonsense, because there is no justice provided whatsoever. By not filing a complaint, you are not just ruining your image, but spoiling the lives of all those kids.

And, sadly this is very common in India. I hate this. People need to educate themselves before by hearting the text. Learn to save yourselves from monsters and fight back!!!

In todays precap its confirmed now that school management will not support mini. So finally it happened what I had thought.

Hope Mini will succeed in sending kewal to jail and giving some sense to school authority.

Omg this sounds awful. Even the “image” of schools now come before actual people. We as human beings and as countries need to have a long hard look at ourselves when we allow stuff like this to happen. Even looking the other way is enabling these sick perverts to prey on kids and emotionally damage them for the rest of their life. That principal, in her incompetence, could potentially be responsible for the rape/murder/abduction of a child because of her actions. How does she even have the power to deal with something like this without informing the police, the school board etc. I’m actually shocked that she, as a woman and probably a mother herself, can be shown to so calm and detached from this issue. If you go by her reaction compared to minis reaction, mini is the only one taking it seriously and it shouldn’t be the case because once a kid enters school property they’re in the care of the teachers and principal

People need to realise that THEY pay for schools through their taxes, the schools don’t control people. They also need to realise that when the schools fail them in this way or fail to take proper care of their children during school hours, parents have a right to sue. Suing is easier than people think and lawyers are willing to take on cases knowing they can take a fee from the compensation that the school will pay out. When people start to hurt organisations like school in their pockets, These organisations will take more responsibility

Once the stigma of “image” is removed in India, then people can start to be more vocal and demand their rights and justice. If it happened to my kid I wouldn’t give a damn about image. My kid would be a victim so why should her image be spoiled? Surely it’s the person who committed the crime that has to be judged by society? Who’s equated with image with complaining? Freedom of speech is one of our rights and right now some people are allowing criminals and “society” to take that right away? I get trying to resolve an issue internally but not when it’s molesting a child. If any woman hides molestation for fear of image she’s part of the problem, and she enables these perverts to continue molesting others. I hope that the younger generation will start to teach their kids to stop suffering in silence and fearing bullshit like image.

Idk who in their right mind would allow someone like keval back on school property when he’s accused to molesting the kids. Doesn’t matter how long he worked their for, he should not be near a school considering what he’s being charged of. If that teacher hadn’t stopped him who know what he could have done

This is a disgrace and the only way to deal with people like that is shout even louder, go to the media and name and shame them. I have no doubt mini is capable of this.

This storyline has made me see mini in a different light. I think she will make a fantastic lawyer

What you said is 100% right but unfortunately in our country people still have to go long way to become like that.

We can only hope.

Atleast new generation is trying. But it will take a whole generation some 20 years time to bring about significant change.

Parents would do well to send their children to learn self defence if the government and schools can’t be relied on to keep children safe

I think it’s great that it was shown on the news. I’m not sure why dadu was shouting at mini in the precap (it doesn’t have subtitles) but I don’t see why she’s being shouted at

Due to the mention of Principle in your post

Reminds me gargi college incident

Where molestation of girls happend during cultural programme

And I was shocked more due to statement of principle

When all the girls complained about incident

Her statement was

Why come to college if you feel unsafe

Seriously as women 🤪I was like oh God 😕

The case now came into light due to girls decided to go with online platform and they tweeted on twitter

I hope for justice
