Ohk so this is just my thinking that maybe he is helping Maya....

yeah i think it can be a possibility. Usually it happens many of times that villain close partner was helping his enemy. Amir's character is not cruel. he might help mj in his plans but he never hurt people. For example, the time when mj forced his two employees to go inside the swimming pool with their legs attached with stone, one of them got stuck. it was amir who saved his life. Also, he saved rajeev from falling off the building.

Yeah even few times MJ attacked Maya amir came to rescue.... Even when Maya came first time in mansion during party MJ almost saw her when giving her purse bt amir came in time Nd Maya ran away...
