It might be that MJ-Antara-Diya are putting on an act. I had this feeling while watching the precap that maybe this is MJ's masterstroke. He repeated what happened with Manvi, with Diya. This is to make Maya feel that she now has an ally in Diya. Maybe MJ thinks that Maya will share her plans with Diya or use Diya to hurt MJ and instead it'll hurt her.

Reminded me of Hate Story 3. I watched that movie thinking it would be good and it was 2 hours of pain, but MJ could be playing the same game that Sharman's character played with KSG's character (or at least thought he did).

Diya can act in front of people who are watching her. But there was nobody in the hospital washroom where she was retching badly. But u can never say with BH2 😆 let’s see if Maya is playing MJ-Diya-Antara or they r playing Māyā.

She's pregnant. There's no doubt about that. But maybe Antara and MJ are fine with that and therefore the 3 are putting on an act of wanting to kill Diya's baby and kill her.
