Looking at the precap I felt Māyā had manipulated the situation. I somehow can’t believe Diya is pregnant. Also was Antara aware that her kabhi sautan kabhi saheli is her hubby’s mistress after all?

It might be that MJ-Antara-Diya are putting on an act. I had this feeling while watching the precap that maybe this is MJ's masterstroke. He repeated what happened with Manvi, with Diya. This is to make Maya feel that she now has an ally in Diya. Maybe MJ thinks that Maya will share her plans with Diya or use Diya to hurt MJ and instead it'll hurt her.

Reminded me of Hate Story 3. I watched that movie thinking it would be good and it was 2 hours of pain, but MJ could be playing the same game that Sharman's character played with KSG's character (or at least thought he did).
