Lets just think practically. They have been asked to keep their relationship a secret. If they stay in sid house, news is bound to be out .

I think someone else has taken pic and they mist have been instructed not to upload immdtly by crew there and they must have uploaded it now

So people may think it’s on the next day of finale or whatever they want to assume
but one thing is for sure all rumours which we thought are rumours are turning out to be true and hope Sid enters the show next week again as guest so contestants know their limits

I think this pic has been deliberately leaked to media by sid or sana. Mostly sid's idea I feel.
