What if MJ killed Ananya and framed Maya for her murder to separate MayRa by sending her to jail and making Rudra hate her without exposing himself? I mean he can go to any extent to get what he wants.

Too much of a long shot. Ananya is someone he needs by his side to remove Maya from Rudra's side. He will not take that risk.
