That's what happened. Goenka's lawyer pretended with Naira that he will take the case and defend Trisha but in court he changed his tune and showed that he was there for the Goenka's. He charged that rich boys are an easy target for girls like Trisha because they think that the case won't go to court and that they will get lot of money to stay quiet.

My mom watches this show and I sat through yesterday's ep. I got the backstory from her that the twins molested this girl and goenka's are supporting them. I was burning with anger seeing such a vile show. How can they show a family supporting blindly their kids and not caring about others. They have no remorse towards what these two did to this girl. And the way they are using their money to get what they want. They shouldn't have wrote such a track if they can't justify the track and punish the criminals. Im 100% sure that if they were the girl's family and the 2 boys are from another family, they would be crying a different story. They are showing no remorse because their family is mostly boys now.
