As long as Kjo era is there, no Twitter trend can save Filmfare awards.

These days people are smart enough and have already stopped accepting mediocrity. When the TRPs of these award shows will go down and majority of the audience will stop giving attention towards them, then the organizers will learn their lessons.

I think this is definitely the start of a revolution. Even when SRK won all those awards in the past - no one ever questioned Filmfare itself. Even when he won undeserving awards - because he was such a huge star.... people let it go. Especially cuz the other categories would Mostly be fair. This time - they took it too far.

TRP‘s must be low ? I don’t think people even watch anymore. I remember when even the dance performances would be a huge thing and now it’s just random starts walking around the stage mostly with a plastered smile and no real dancing happening

That always happened also. Certain years they would edit reactions and have people perform in empty venues and put that dance in the final show.
