They have already done a big blunder by making kabir trying to marry his sister in law

marrying sister in law is valid as long as she is divorced/single

and a woman cant marry a second man or a man cant get his ex wife married to another man with the intention to remarry her as halala is a big sin

divorce works as such...a man can only divorce his wife 3 times before she becomes forbidden for him...and saying 3 divorces at once only counts as one divorce
