That mogambu track was such a deal breaker and then I thought finally and then we get Munni track which went on for ages and then even in the leap the abhi getting to know Kiara is his daughter was a major drag. They just really liked tanu I guess,they kept making her plan and plot all the time. There was a small period where even Aliya was not there,but tanu was always there lol

Very true😆. I left after mogambo track. I was patient enough to watch whole year only to have abhis memory loss🤢. After that the show became boring and I left it.

Yeah I watched it all thinking there was no way vrinda would remain with that loser till the end and at some point vrinda and yug would end up together but nope 🤢

OMG you should have seen vrinda and yug first meeting. It was in a big ram and sita temple that was split into two between the two villages that vrinda and yug belonged to. Ram and sita's idols were also separated by the villagers too where a partitioning veil was kept between ram and sita.

The first time yug and vrinda entered the temple from either side of the partition, the partition between ram and sita for the first time since being put up by the two village chiefs who were yug-vrinda's grandfather's fell down, indicating that vrinda and yug would end the feud between the two villages, which they did, but they were separated due to the village enmity even before the enmity was ended, and to be honest it was yug who single-handedly ended the enmity without vrinda's involvement, as vrinda by then was married to that loser.

Vrinda was given choice after this whether she wanted to marry yug who she did still love and wanted to be with after being forced to marry that guy, but of course she chose to remain with her loser husband with whom she predictably fell in love with.

I watched in bits and pieces so I have an overall knowledge but I became regular legit starting this Jan only. That's when I learnt about new gen leap and I remember watching that car scene after bank robbery where Rhea gets flashes of what all ranbir has done for prachi and my first reaction was ughh seeing Rhea and ranbir,I somehow didn't like their acting the first time I saw and I thought Ranbir looked like a vampire but somehow I watched some more episodes and damn I fell in love with Ranbir and now I think he is the best ever and is so damn good looking and Krishna is an amazing actor and he has grown so much as an actor from his first scene till now. And ranbir's character arc and his attitude and everything matured over time. And with respect to prachi,she seemed like a cliche middle class girl but as I watched I realized she isn't. I did find her adoration for abhi the very first time itself super weird. But her character is nice too and mugdha is totally killing it. And Rhea, as evil as she is I still love Naina Singh's portrayal of Rhea. And I can understand the layers of Rhea's character better now. There's so much to her character than just plain evilness and I hope they explore that.

Also loved the Kohli family, Vikram and pallavi and beeji,their dynamics are wonderful and fun and love aryan,shahna and Sarita Ben's characters as well. Overall I became a fan and fell in love with pranbir that I care so much about their relationship lol. It's such a nice escape from reality for a while per day. Love each and every potrayal of new gen and character sketch and I hope the CVs don't butcher it and I am glad they gave us this.

Yeah somehow when I first saw krishna i seriously thought he looked like someone who played a vampire in an american supernatural tv series ☺️😆

Honestly miss the time when prachi used to actually give proper attitude to rhea, but realised even then she was quite respectful and held herself back then too with rhea.

They have as you said, given ranbir more shades. They have given him all the good qualities that rishabh mostly has of kundali bhagya, but have left out the anger and emotional impulsiveness of abhi-karan, but his flaws are his naivety, his immaturity in not taking things seriously, not fully understanding the seriousness of situations, and in actual they've made him more childish and fairly innocent compared to most of the male characters balaji have had, which is kind of refreshing given he actually acts like a college boy. Rhea and prachi are the ones who writer's made too extreme. It's why ranbir is my fave in terms of characterisation from the three.

I think it's her extra smugness that makes me hate her. Sherlyn at least when confronted shows some shock, fear and cowardness when confronted by the good guys or proven wrong, yet aliya no matter what has the same do-I-look-bothered expression on her face when being reprimanded or proven wrong (diwali track when reprimanded by abhi and ranbir for example). The attitude never leaves aliya's face no matter what, so that's why I hate her.

They have explored ranbir's character beautifully and slowly which is awesome. I have no complaints about the pace and to some extent they did give us insights about the layers of Rhea. They haven't touched upon Aryan or shahna. And they have just started developing prachi's character and I have a feeling it's gonna be as awesome as ranbir's and I am excited for their journey. I hope they don't abruptly stop the new gen track coz of haters🙈

Like Aliya taught Rhea,you are never a culprit until you are completely caught and you have no escape lol. She used to be scared and stuff but she murdered and did crazy shit and is still living in the mehra mansion and ruling everyone so I get why she is so confident and full on attitude now that pragya is also not there and she can use Rhea as a pawn against pragya.

I mean, Ranbir is in college after all. So I get the immaturity and stuff,it makes him more real. With respect to prachi being on that extreme,I don't think she'd be as doormat as pragya but prachi does have pragya's qualities of putting up with whatever shit it is if it comes to your loved ones or elders so let's see. The way she said in this promo that she'd cross any limit to prove Ranbir innocent might be a huge turning point in her character arc. We'll get to see to what extent she can go.

Remember how she said she hated liars and even though Ranbir lied that prachi was his fiance to save her from goons she still fought with him saying he shouldn't have lied. And she isn't someone who is comfortable with manipulation as well. But we saw her do both in saloni and Maya's case,I mean it is for a good cause but it is still not what she believes in. So you can see the writers are making sure she isn't that extreme. With respect to Rhea,she is a gone case :3 and not in a good way
