I am trying to keep it spoiler free and only taking info from the first 2---

1) rey wears white and represents the positive side ( rudra wears white most of the time and bright colors like yellow orange and represents positivity )

Kylo always wears black and represents the dark side.

2) Kylo did something irredeemable in the first movie like Maya killed Rishi. Rey can't forgive it. ( Not saying what coz spoiler )

3) both feel an irresistible attraction towards each other inspite of the apparent hatred and enmity.

4) Both want to bring the other to the other side. Kylo wants Rey to pull into the dark and Rey tries to pull him into light.

5) Kylo tried to kill rey in last jedi but couldn't get himself to do it.

6) intense lightsaber fights ( fencing for Mayra)

------ there are more but can't say because that would give the rise of skywalker spoilers.

Yh I have seen the first two parts just not the last one. Yh agree on the parallels but Rey was in love with someone else na?

nop. Finn and she were friends. It seemed like Finn had feelings for her but she never reciprocated. Then fans started seriously shipping Finn with Pou (homosexual ship). Rey was single and whatever attraction or chemistry she had was with Kylo. They are bonded by the jedi force because of unknown reasons. Even they have telepathic connection because of the force.
