Even I'm not sure. I felt like that. Coz in the dance sequence I felt Rudra is lil upset while dancing and we saw Rudra's BTS pics with cake in office . I think he is trying to manaofy Ananya and the shirt he wore is same as in the Paint Romance. Maya might've called him to her old house and he must've left from Office. I think this might be sequence of scenes. Let's see

I feel Ananya still has a chance to get redeemed. If she gets to know about what her father and MJ did to Manvi,she might empathize with Maya. I don't think she is so cold hearted to ignore these facts for her jealousy on Maya
