I think it’s Pari who is lying behind him. Maybe he see some people attacking pari and runs to help her. He probably fights them and they run away. And maybe when he get home. He notices that Rohan is injured and probably doubts him.

It's the episode when rohit,sona & deepa was planning to catch sumit..in that episode vimmi was watching kpk & rohit accidentally saw it while calling vimmi..& vimmi was suggesting him to watch the repeat telecast in hospital.. on that tym he was dreaming about this scene🤣
