I didn't miss Paras at all in Sid's journey.They showed Sid's emotional journey and it was amazing. The kind of emotions Sid had for Asim, he never developed them for Paras. Though things changed later. By the time Paras came in scene, Sid didn't want to get emotionally attached at that level. So, it was always a cordial bonding from game's perspective.

That's why that genuine hug to Asim.
