Yes the leap is for 3 years after Sid left her at the mandap and Sanjivini got burned....and then Ishani married NV and she is depression from then on.....yes NV is the BEST husband any one can get as per his fans who started watching SJ for him who has been patiently waiting and encouraging Ishani to come out of depression and be a doctor.....😆 I am still clueless as to when she completed her residency when in depression.....😆
I didn't see the clips of romance...I just found the pics I posted on twitter and it could be that expression when taking caps....
But Ishani has been in that ajeeb crying/shivering mode from the leap....
I remember saying before too, SC doesn't have a child like face...her face is mature.. I have seen her during QH also....if you see GC and SC pairing, they don't look odd for me... with NK, some times (in few scenes) I felt SC looked older but then the hair cut and the costumes mostly covered that up.....
I think SC has been crying a lot from more than 3 weeks on show so her face and eyes/cheeks are puffed up and that might be the reason you might have felt that....😆

Lol...At this rate many Docs should sit in house😆...Even mentally healthy Docs develop mental issues during Residency bcz of work stress and very long working hours...In some departments, you have 48 hrs work shift hote hain...Particularly for most of the women, Residency become more stressful as by the time they are in Residency, half of the women get married and have children,.they struggle between family life and work...
My senior is in first year of Anaesthesiology residency..In that department/branch, weekly 3 night shifts hote hein..she is having 4 months baby...She is struggling between baby and night shifts...She is regretting choosing that branch...
During my OBG posting in Internship, first year female residents were friendly and cool as they just started their residency..but by the end of 3 months of posting they were literally shouting on us ( interns) like psychos bcz of work stress😆...They were struggling between family life and work stress..
You may ask how can they save patient's life among all these mental stress..Bcz for a Doc, work is all about Skill and practice...Docs become resilient towards all the negative effects of mental stress...bcz Docs have no other choice...Docs treat human body as a machine and like how a mechanic repairs a machine without any emotions, thats how Docs repair human bodies 😆...
But if mental illness is really to that extent and if it is affecting work, then they take a break...but Being busy makes you resilient towards all that negative effects of mental illness in most of the Docs...
But again, I'm not specialized in Psychiatry 😆so i can't talk in depth about specific treatment of all kind of mental illness...😆....
