The show till now has made it pretty clear that MJ is no majboori ka maara, dukhiyara. He is a monster, a sociopath, a narcissist who is all about his inflatef false ego. Maintaining his charade of perfect man is of extreme importance to him and it doesn't matter who he has to sacrifice for it.

The way he treats Antara behind closed doors made it pretty clear. The way he humiliated Antara in the party by spinning the web of lies only to save hinself from any question was a proof of it. The way he almost killed his employees only to experiment how could have Rishi drowned is a proof. The way Rajveer was brutally thrashed only so that he could get shares of Rudra's company is a proof. He is all about possessing and controlling everything he thinks is his.

No normal man or father would go to the extent of hooking up with his son's girlfriend to prove that she is a gold digger. He could have done it in many other ways if he wanted to save his son but actually hooking up with her has to be the most twisted thing he could do.

It's not necessary for him to have enemity with someone to destroy them. A true narcissist would fake everything up only for his own pleasure and the moment the other party becomes a liability, they would destroy them emotionally, mentally and even physically & apparently that's how they actually survive. They don't feel the guilt at all because in their twisted head, that's how human beings are supposed to be treated. They see everything as a possession & assess how it affects their egos & image & pride. Maya knows what kind of MJ is. That's why she made Rudra do 3 day challenge only to humiliate MJ. She tempered with Antara's medicine because she knew MJ would behave in the exact same way. That's why she said that MJ never disappoints.

The way he tried so hard to control almost every aspect of his sons lives. Don't forget the thrashing Rishi got the day he dared to choose Maya over him & tried to stand against his father.

This guy didn't even blink when he shot Mayrah that day the moment he got the chance, didn't show an ounce of uneasiness after killing that girl even though he knew she had suffered at his hands directly. That's how monstrous he is.

People like MJ exist in real life and many people fall prey to them because of the kind of empathy & reasoning the original post is trying to apply. Because we, the empathic ones aren't capable of imagining that such people can exist. That's how Manvi was. She believed the charade because she couldn't imagine it to be false. This kind of benefit of the doubt shown by their preys feeds them & that's what makes them successful in exploiting people. They use gaslighting to show their prey as wrong everytime they are confronted about their true intentions or doubted, just like what MJ did when Manvi confronted him about his intentions. They use lies over lies, gaslight their prey, all for their ego and fun as long as the prey is in their trap, isn't doubting them or questioning them or confronting them upfront or is becoming a liability.

Ever wonder why so many people, especially women fall prey to such men because they believe their stories blindly and think that they need their help even when they are the ones destroying everything and yet acting like victims.

Manvi was empathic to the core and that's why she became such a prey to MJ's sheer narcissism and sociopathy.

It's not about judging MJ. It's about watching out for obvious signs in an individual's behavior, which are often overlooked, ignored but must be watched out for because a slip & miss will destroy you in every way possible.

The fact that this is even a topic is disheartening.

Well, my two cents

MJ is to blame because he felt the need to lure a naive girl and trap her to teach her a lesson. When she got pregnant he tried to fool her into getting an abortion when that didn't work he physically abused her and killed her baby & half her family.

MJ is to blame because he is shown as a toxic, abusive, chauvinist with a God Complex and who treats his wife & literally every woman in his life as objects- use & throw.

MJ is to blame because he disrespects his own wife by keeping his mistress in his home and bedroom.

And not to forget..

MJ is to blame because he thought seducing his SONs gf was the only way to prove she was a gold digger.

MJ is to blame because instead of encouraging his son to stand on his own feet he used deceit to make him depend on MJ for finances.

As much as I like Ashish for his acting skills and admire his portrayal of MJ, I just want to ask u one thing - are you really blind that you cannot see what MJ did? Even before Maya's past unfolded, MJ was shown to be a womanizer who was having an affair with Diya, his best friend residing in his home. His own mother detests him and if a mother disapproves of her own child there should be a solid reason. MJ was a sadist who pursued Maanvi just coz she was afraid he was interested in her and he just wanted to play with her. After today's episode if u still feel MJ is a good person, I donno what I should say. Either ur seriously blind or ur playing a prank to see the forum members reaction to ur post.

I am not going to say the same thing others have been saying. I am just going to say that I am actually hurt. I still can't believe it. Before the FBs were shown we saw the way MJ behaves with his wife. He talked to her as if her biggest mistake was being born. Still why it is soooo difficult for some people to believe that it is very much normal for man like him to play with an innocent girl like that.

In this world there are many husbands who beat their wives black and blue. In long distant relationships husbands don't come to visit their wives when she is having her periods. And by somehow if the period concides with their time of visit they behave like a monster like it is her fault that she is having her periods now. Forces her to have sex with him in middle of the day when everyone in house even her parents know what is happening behind the close door. Verbally abusing her when she refuses to have sex on some religiously important night. When she decides to have a baby because she is getting old he verbally abuses her for getting pregnant(I have witnessed all these things). These are the cruel realities.

People are trying this hard just to defend a fictional character. It is okay like an actor. (I am assuming TM you like Ashish). But when he plays a character who is monster like MJ you have to accept that he is monster.

Lots of people in this forum are still supporting MJ. Finding this 'odd' that he worked so hard to trap Manvi. But did he work so hard?? Is it so hard to pretend to be drunk and pretend to try to kill yourself???? Is it to hard to lie about his wife's infidelity??? All he did was fed her a bunch of lies. As Manvi was naive she believed him and fell in love with him. It is just that simple. But still some people are saying it is a unbelievable. And when someone says something against that they start bullying them and get personal. (TM if you haven't done that there is no reason of taking this on you). Seriously does India Forum even allow this???????

I do not want MJ to die in end

He must end up in asylum or jail and spend rest of life in agony

He must lose all his family and lose hope in life

Death is easy option for ppl like him

Everyday he lives in future should be death for him
