Yesterday shilpa was telling the meaning of kapalbhati and she said kapal means mind.

Kya yaar galat cheez to na sikhao logon ko yoga ke naam pe

Kapal doesn't mean mind; it means skull. And skull is different from mind and also brain which are distinct entities 😳

I know this is not a big issue as per bb game but i just had to vent it out cos of the misinformation she was giving. 😳

It includes organs under the skull also. It includes and indicates brain region. Brain is the organ. Mind is not any organ but it is a thinking ability of brain.

I was thinking the same but then my hindi is bad and I don't have any knowledge about yoga. 😆

Kapal literally means skull. But in yoga it can include organs under the skull which would be brain too, i agree. but still kapal doesn't mean mind, like she said. Mind is mann or manas not kapal. Also kapalbhati is used for clearing sinuses not mind.

Its her responsibility as a yoga teacher to give correct and accurate information.

She is a teacher now? I thought it was a gimmick to pretend her slim figure is the product of regular yoga and not surgery. Her youtube channel is full of cookery shookery ...very annoying. But I liked her as a guest on BB...especially since most other guests were annoying . Salman Khan kept making inappropriate comments to her.
