At first I thought itâs not that big a deal cos things like chilli in the eyes or cream that youâre allergic to, is imo, worse.
But the issue of knowing about it/consent is really important. With the chillis and cream, contestants know itâs happening and can choose to leave but if one doesnât know whatâs in the tea then how can they choose that theyâd rather leave the task?
So sure, Salman should make the point.
Bashing Asim, or Rasim too much is just meh though.
Cos fact is Rasim didnât think it was that bad, Pahira were encouraging it so they didnât think it was that bad. Shehnaz doesnât seem the type to object to it, sheâd find it funny too. Shukla knew about it and didnât stop it. So obviously he didnât think it was that bad (unless his fans believe that he is so inhumane that even when he believes something is really bad, he doesnât try to stop it. đ) Later he only told Arti about it cos he wanted her to fight with them.
The only person Iâd guess, who might've raised an objection, is Arti imo. She seems the type to have that kind of sensibility. But it was being done to Arti, so this will stay a guess.
So Iâm all for Salman raising why itâs bad to do it. But making out like Asim is the only one with such thoughts, will fall flat - for those of us who actually watched the episode! đ
