Hi Alu! I've been thinking about it too.

What if it's the saree he gave her and not the jacket? She wore the saree when he asked for a divorce, she'll be wearing it when Mahesh tortures/kidnaps her (I'm guessing) and also when the accident occurs. So it could be the saree as well.
