Last day of the week. Let's see what happens in today's episode. It seems unlikely that everything shown in the precap will be dealt with today, but if we go by Hotstar's description, it seems like they do plan on covering all of the elements. Which, if they are able to pull it off, will be amazing. Looking forward to an informative episode that sets things in motion. Dhrubo wouldn't accept defeat this easily.

Hotstar summary:

Tara slaps Shyam after he puts forth a shocking proposal to her. Later, Agni burns with jealousy when the client praises Tara in front of the family.

Also, who is this Shyam? Have we seen him before? Is this the stranger shown in the precap? Any theories?

Finally watched the 3rd Episode (I thought I had, but I skipped some portions, so I rewatched 😛 )

Epi starts with Kunjer majhe.....the bgm of this show is amazing ❤️ Apt for the situation (the singers surrounding Tara with Agni in the background). I really liked the scene.

Manju sets a delicious menu (yum!) for lunch and then asks Pishimoni to manage the kitchen tasks. Thammi taunts Manju. As always, Manju directs the conversation towards Tara. A+ for effort, Manju 👍🏼

Decorators come in with flowers and lights to celebrate Agni's return. Mama asks about payment. Hu. As if he will be paying this out of his pocket. He doesn't even spend money on his own food. Both he and his wife live on the Chaudhuri's money, don't they? Anyway, the decorators don't take any money because Tara teaches their kids for free. They leave.

Tara comes in with mourala mach. Manju says that she needs to discuss something with Tara.

Agni's taxi stops in front of a house. There is a pandal and there is music. Agni is happy. He says that the celebrations are there because there is an utsab at home. He is happy to know that the celebrations are just the way it was before he left. He is stopped at the gate. The pandal is there for the marriage celebrations of the new family that resides there. (The Choudhuris switched houses and didn't even tell their son 😳) The bride's Kaka shows him the way (not before proudly declaring that the Choudhuris can't afford a house like this). Must be quite a shock, coming home to all this.

Cut to Tara. Tara pleads with the family. Mama-Mami cut her off saying that they have a marriage proposal for her, it is a good thing. Ahh, so this is Shyam (the guy mentioned in today's Hotstar summary). Apparently Shyam has a small shop in the market. Shekhar is obviously not pleased with the news. Nor is Pishimoni. Mama calls Tara inauspicious. Shekhar blows up. Good job. 👍🏼

Oh no Manju, you promised Shyam that you will arrange the marriage between Tara and Shyam? 😲

Shekhar hits it where it hurts. Manju is clearly upset. Shekhar-Manju tashan. Good scene ⭐️

Manju asks if Shekhar thought that a prince will come to marry Tara. Yes, yes, Manju, that's exactly what will happen. 😳 Oh, I love foreshadowing so, so much. Manju says some stuff about Tara's luck. Shekhar vows to choose a suitable match for Tara. He says he will choose a good guy and personally look to it that everything goes smoothly. He really does consider her to be his daughter.

Manju extracts a promise that Tara won't come in front of Agni. Okay, so that's how it went down. Cut to Agni and a flashback scene with Agni-Tara. Manju reveals the truth, how Agni will hate Tara.

Kitchen scene with potol bhaja! Pishimoni-Tara bonding. These two have my whole heart ❤️

Dhrubo claims that love, friendship, marriage is a waste of time and effort. He fires his employee.

He says - life doesn't give second chances, Roy. Money is everything.

The employee says that life does give second chances, there must be someone who will teach Dhrubo the meaning of love. Yess....foreshadowing. How I love foreshadowing...

At the Choudhuri house, Pishimoni tells Tara to get ready to meet Angi.

Agni meets the kids and they recognize him to be Agni. They praise Tara, calls her Pori Didi. Agni is intrigued. The family worries about Agni. They realize that Agni doesn't know that they have changed houses. Just as Mama is about to go out to look for Agni, Agni comes in. Bells ring in the mandir, curtains fly in Tara's bedroom. She knows that Agni is home. She is coming down the stairs with aarti ki thalli when Mami trips her (At least spare her on the stairs, Mami 👎🏼)
