Infidelity clauses are binding. Like prenuptial agreements themselves, they are contractual agreements entered into by the two parties and found enforceable in most states. So neither should have any expectation of excusal from the agreement should he or she transgress.

The above thing is smthg I read on internet.. Can any lawyer or law student clarify me with this one

My question is : so infidelity can be on the basis of breaching prenup agreement too????

Ps: did I actually search the net for getting answer to infidelity clause???!! Well heck yes!

I pity him, my heart goes out for him, Sona has her mom or if we forget Suman she has Rohit who loves her unconditionally and madly but this poor guy has no one ek Sona ti use bhi cheen liya iske parivar ne

I m not saying that Sona doesn’t love him anymore but right know she is mad at herself and him and that will put a cloud on her feelings for Rohit

I cant imagine his level of guilt when he will see Sona like that, woh Rohit jiska saans atak gaya tha jab Sona ki ungli thodi si jal gayi ti, how would he feel when he will see her like that???
