Rudra's Backstory is Alarming

10 years ago Rudra Roy was standing in front of the elevator where he saw his girfriend making out with his father. He said that day he lost both his father and his love. It took him 10 years to forgive his father even though according to him his intention was to protect him. (Who knows what that predator wanted!!! He might have wanted that girl too) He is left with a big emotional scar. That is his weak spot.

I wonder how he is gonna feel when he will find out that his wife was pregnant with his father's child. If the elevator incident didn't happen he might have been able to think straightly for a moment. But with that trauma I am 100% sure that he is going behave very badly.

Yes double whammy for Rudra

His wife was dads GF and mother of his child

And brother Rishi was killed by his wife

For me Rudra has become emotionally extremely stable now than before.. he will know what happened to Maya first for sure..

He is d crux of the show alongside Maya in the fight of serving karma..

Rudra knows his dad very well. But yes, if he gets to know Maya's past and she was the one to kill Rishi, he will eventually understand what Maya had gone through. It will take time for him to recover. I guess Maya's mom will come to her rescue.

Yes he will be shocked but more so about what disgusting things his father did not about the MJ-Maya affair. Regarding Maya he will possibly feel hurt that she didn't tell him the truth before. Rudra is emotionally volatile but he is righteous. He will support Maya for sure.

Even with the best of the stable mind it is difficult to accept that your wife was once your father's ex and not only that she was pregnant with his father's child. Reality things can be worse but to bring out such dirtiest things in the main entertainment show i feel there is no such need for it. i was expecting a story of revenge in a different way but no writers can think of only love story to take revenge.

Its not as simple as what you just said, there are circumstances, the situation is not black and white. It is not like Maya and Mj broke up and now they are co-parenting.

No the father lied, used abused, dumped and "killed" a innocent 20 year old girl who was the same age as his eldest son, because she rejected his flowers and he saw this as a challenge. He not only "killed" her but killed the child to.

The son has discovered this girl, still broken by the horror his father inflicted on her years ago. He is giving her the love, affection, respect and dignity that every girl deserves.

There is nothing wrong with that. The person that should be disgusted in himself is MJ and no one else.

Maya is at wrong also. Why she didn't bother to cross check Why she decided to be a home breaker.She didn't reveal anything to her parents also.

She used the innocence of Rishi to kill him then what is the difference between MJ and Maya.Even she was ready to kill Rudra . Infact it would have been much more good if she had continued with her killing spree than doing this useless love revenge thing. This love is definitely incest

See no matter what the situation, the common theme is that the blame is always put on the women.

MJ was the one that was married, MJ was the one that had two children, MJ was the one who dirtied his wife in the eyes of Maya, by complaining that she sleeps with another man. MJ is the one who pursued Maya because she merely rejected his flowers. It was MJ that said he decided to leave his wife, It is MJ who presented Maya fake divorce papers to convince her that the marriage was over. It is MJ that made Sudeer, Amir, Diya lie to Maya, to convince her of everything MJ had lied to her about. So why haven't you paused to criticise this animal?

I think it was made pretty clear, that Maya was not the brightest tool, in the tool box. Her mum even mentioned that she was worried about people taking advantage of her because of her Bholapaan. It is why Maya screamed at her former self, angry that she was had trust in people.

Why should a girl that has been wronged in such a brutal way not deserve love again.
