I don't understand the story. Maya willingly had an affair with MJ because he faked his wife's affair story and then all his friends (even his wife and mother from the flashes of the past) supported him because he wanted to take revenge from Maya for returning his flowers

@ Bold: This part actually makes sense given MJ's character. He's not used to being told "no". He expected Manvi to go all aww and fall for him just seeing the flowers. But instead she turned out not to be that type of girl despite her wide-eyed innocence.

@ Rest: Actually from what I understand, the rest of the family just helped MJ cover up another one of his affairs. I doubt they knew why MJ started an affair with Manvi.
