I might have written the father's name wrong, but Vikram's dad was Nanabhai Bhatt's son from his wife whereas Mahesh was his son from his mistress.

Milan is Mahesh's cousin's son. Mahesh's maasi's daughter and director Raj Khosla's illegitimate.
