You can't compare both scenarios... Uber drivers are advised to take necessary action if any cab conversation sounds suspicious and same goes for passengers as well.. I am not denying or promoting about cab driver wrongful intentions. However the protocol he followed is appropriate...

Passenger also has the rights and if he believes he did nothing wrong, can file a case against Uber and driver for defamation.. I would say against police officers as well for unlawful questioning in interrogation.

Protests ke baare mein baat karna kaise suspicious hai yehi toh poocha rahi hoon. Every citizen is advised to report suspicious activities so its very much a valid comparison. Hamare yahan police khud aayi thi to hold a campaign and educate the residents. But suspicion ka ek reason hota hai. He added his own made up reasoning to justify his complaint. Even went on threatening the passenger of other alternative he could have used. Aisi soch aati kahan se hai? Woh police se zyada powerful hai ke kahin aur bhi le ja sakta tha.

I don't know about Police or what they are allowed and what not so uske baare mein comment nahin kiya but if u say so then yeah even they are wrong. Its pretty much a harassment for no reason. I mean in the end usko bola dafli carry mat karo aur lal kapda mat pehno. Absurd.

Waise Love Aaj Kal wale next gaana release kyun nahin kar rahe hai? Darr ke maare? So that they don't lose the momentum created by the Ghalat song?

May be you are right, Its suppose to be a romantic song,if it's bad then they shouldn't release it at all lol... I think movie is bad n the makers knows it they are completely banking it on Sartik popularity, they are even releasing romantic bts videos of Sartik for promotion Cringe😵
