No the asim part is justified. I am honestly not feeling bad for sana here ,but sid.

Sid is trying his best to be sarcastic and hide his hurt but he is obviously very hurt by this revelation .

And had she disclosed the convo to sid , it wld have been better. Why did she have to hide it.

Sid even when sometimes talk bad abt sana to others ( very rarely like in oil task) says the same thing to her on her face .
