Even I am not sure that he is faking... Like I said earlier, I was simply overthinking because of that one scene and also because I tend to overthink at times. 😆

If he knows about Rishi's death, then he should know about MJ-Maya conflict too...

Plus the family is also not at the hospital... They are at home in the precap when Rudra comes home with Maya.

So, technically there is no one in Rishikesh who will tell Rudra everything unless the CVs want to show...
