Why so nice Rashmi?

How can one be this good? It amazes me sometimes. This guy Vishal always threw her under the bus, said he's only friend of Asim not hers, always bitched her out even after their apparent friendship, never appreciated her even last night said Rash deserved the tag of joker for stealing rations & all yet it was Rashmi who was most emotional and cried her heart on his eviction.
