Rashmi and Arhan

Rashmi and Arhan were "friends" until he entered the house then they got into a relationship midway of big boss then the whole drama of Arhaan being married and how he did not tell Rashmi.

My question is why did big boss expect Arhan to tell Rashmi everything while they were not in a relationship.
