That is what I meant by the Mahagauri form, which initiates her redemption phase. She should be punished for that crime or crimes she commits. She should serve jail time or something. I mean showing her die is something we all are expecting. But she can be redeemed by making her pay for her crimes and genuinely show her regret and remorse.

So Maya is actually somewhere in that phase - uncontrollable and uninhibited rage and fury that's burning everything in its way. And as we can see, Rudra is pursuing her to give her the much needed calm and pause and rethink what she is doing.
