Uhm, that was hardly a legit clarification lol.

He was fumbling for words, and it was written all over his face he's lying. The breakup hasn't actually officially taken place before he entered the house. He even told Shukla 'toota nahi, abhi bhi chal raha hain'.

So VG wasn't really cooking up bekaar ki stories.
