I never stood up for myself to this extent. But bigboss affected me very negatively this season. May be because I am going through similar situation at work...I am losing hope that things will be better.

In my case equal ratio hai🤣mai leti nhi jaldi kon bahas kare time waste alag😆

bias & favoritism hai toh search for another job. bullying/harassment hai toh complain against them. if you feel you will get into trouble by complaining openly, complain anonymously. I know kehna asan hai par karna itna easy nahi. dont worry, hamare bhi achhe din aane waale hai🤗
