Also I don't quite believe that Virat will do it, after Pandya and Rahul's KWK fiasco, BCCI has made their rules stricter. He might first have to seek permission from the board, God knows what clause will they put in (for certain things to be shown on TV and what not) which makes the whole process quite tedious. Aagey God knows.

Ps a show with Bear Grylls is still better than getting your image ruined in KWK.😆

Chindi for non-desi International audience. It totally indicates people have stopped watching the show, now the producers clutching straw calling Indian celebs to attract desi audience. Asian, white, African and others are not gonna watch the episodes. Popularity barkarar rehti toh inn Indian celebs ko bulana risky hota. Ab show koi nahin dekhta toh Indian aur neighbors ke audience is last straw.

They're doing a full desi season. I think they realized after Modi's episode what big numbers Indians can get them. It's 14 episodes and there's been 4 announced so far - Rajnikant, Deepika, Akshay and Virat. So 10 more to go.

He's on the 5th season of his current NatGeo show. It has a tiny viewership and has small HW celebs coming on.

Yeah, 5 years ago because Obama was pushing for environment conservation. It used to air on NBC in those days. Now it doesn't.

The show Indian celebs are appearing on is not that one. I think they revived Man vs. Wild for an India-based season which will only air in the country. Modi's episode didn't air anywhere outside India. I wanted to watch it so I remember looking for it. I think later Netflix India picked it up.
