I feel somewhere Sid consider Himanshi to be the reason for his break up with Asim. So he simply hates her.

Narcissists hate it when others get attention. Shukla couldnt stand Asim getting attention from all the other HMs. He hates it when others have a good time. He either has to mock them by calling them fake or something or he ;d try to annoy them by being 'funny' so that he can crawl into the scene.
