Because at that point it becomes censorship. You can't shut something out just because you don't like it or find it Toxic. The only solution I have for you is don't like don't watch it. Having the supreme court ban a show even as strange/ugly as this one directly infringes creative freedom, the freedom to say what you want, it's also an interference of government on private enterprise which never goes down well. You don't just shut down something every time you don't like it or you don't like what they're saying, or every show would've been shut down by now.

so this means continue with the regressive show with full negativity -

if i shut down my Tv for 1.5 hours what difference will it make... the people who are hooked on to this show are posting videos with children doing acting of Chukla uncle aisi taisi ladki, then some crying over the roof top to bring KIDNAAZ back to their lives and many such more...

what does this show teaches us - threatening violence / to make a mockery of others / insulting / bulling / then bringing families and gaining sympathy

for channel its business + TRP + money making machine

for some viewers its a pain in the neck

if any GOVT has started IBF for complaints and if any viewer does make complaints what do they do on those complaints - as usual sit on the files and burn the chair....

all these censorship wala are just sham..... 👎🏼 they do More Shor than Censor

In USA there is a site where we file petition and gets signature and present we need to find out rules in India

why are the so called activists silent on this garbage show being shown on TV and spreading TOXIC hate all these months

its nothing but a pure torture - just bullying, mocking, passing comments below the belt, insulting families etc
