I think Sid's is using his choice of words carefully to extract something from Sana's mouth. The threat to not meet outside is to make her say sorry to how she behaved with Gautam in front of him. With all the shaming he is doing, she is still trying to understand what made Sid's mind go crooked. With true love, it's very easy to understand why the other person is so agitated...Which Sana is still not be able to come to terms with...
It all started with Sana's behaviour with Gautam (Sid sang his verse of 'tumse pyar hua' with 'Sabse Pyar hua'). It was a clear indication. She should genuinely apologise (yes! apologize which is not wrong in a relationship) for what she did and then Sid will not be able to stop saying if he also has other things in mind...
Sid has been going over board with his reactions which must have hurt anybody. If it was not for Sana's heart, things would have gone even worse with someone else. This goes to show that SHE is perfect for him. I'm not sure if it is the other way around.
